Where are the balls?
We keep a very limited inventory because our goal is to drill the ball you need and not the ball we happen to have on hand. When you are ready to purchase a new ball, we'll talk about what you currently have in the bag and if there are any gaps. Then we'll pick the perfect ball for you and get it ordered the next day.
When will I get my ball?
Unless a ball is backordered, you will have it within the week.
So you drill offsite; where do you drill?
StoneCutters was started as a fun way to drill balls for a small group of people out of my garage. News spread and more people wanted in on the deals. We are now honored to have a mobile store front at Great Escape, but we are still drilling on our state of the art drill press in the garage.
Is my ball warrantied?
We honor all manufacturer warranties. If anything happens to your ball, we will do everything we can to make it right.
